Mark Scott has over 20 years of power industry experience concentrated in the PJM markets. He has held a variety of transactional roles including origination, trading, congestion management, portfolio management, procurement, and regulatory market design at an energy consulting firm, private developer, load serving entity, and trading company. Prior to the power industry, Mark was a financial analyst and additionally served 7 years as a U.S. Navy Submarine Officer.
