Chelsea Garrison
Chelsea Garrison has over 10 years of power industry analysis and programming experience in the PJM market. She has designed, built, and used many of the critical analytical platforms and processes utilized to manage congestion risk, procurement, daily operations, reporting, and settlements at an energy consulting firm and a load serving entity. Chelsea earned a BS in Mathematics from Royal Holloway University of London and an MS in Financial Mathematics from Kings College London.
